Swiss Talent Forum

The Swiss Talent Forum is an exciting event organised by the foundation “Swiss Youth in Science” which aims at promoting the best talents from Switzerland and Europe.
 
The theme selected for the Swiss Talent Forum from 23 – 27 January 2011 in Thun will be:
The Future of Health

At the Swiss Talent Forum, young people get together with experts and high-profile personalities from business, science, society and politics to discuss potential solutions to the issues tabled for discussion. Speeches from personalities such as f. ex. Dr. Bertrand Piccard, Philipp M. Hildebrandt (Speakers from the 2009 Forum) will raise major thought-provoking issues to initiate discussions. During participation at the Workshop and ultimately, at the main Forum, you will have ample opportunities for discussions and making new friends. It will be an unforgettable experience!

Pre-Workshop 2010
As a preparation for the Forum in 2011, Swiss Youth in Science will organise a Workshop from the 16 – 18 September 2010 in Gerzensee, Bern. During this Workshop, 40 selected young talents from Switzerland will discuss the 10 STF topics and work out a basic document for the international participants of the main forum. It is expected that these 40 talents participate in the main Forum in January 2011 as well!
