| At the Swiss Talent Forum, young people get together with experts and high-profile personalities from business, science, society and politics to work out solution approaches to the issues tabled for discussion. Make the most of this excellent opportunity to share your views on existing challenges in an active dialogue with high-calibre personalities. Five intensive and eventful days await you. Various keynote speeches and kickoff presentations will lead into the discussion sessions. The results of the various workshops held will be presented daily to all participants. |

| The workshops will be the mainstay of the daily programme. The latest creativity methods will be applied at the Forum. Experienced trainers, moderators and coaches will lend active support to the workshops in order to help participants achieve the best possible results in the limited time available. In ten groups, participants will prepare possible solutions related to the main topic, «The Future of Health». |

| The daily results of each workshop-team will be written down in an internet blog to be available to all participants of the Forum. This way, everybody will be informed arround the clock on the findings of each group. |

| At the end of each day, selected groups will present their results to the plenum in a short presentation, followed by Q&A and discussion. On the last day, each group will have a unique chance to present their results to the Swiss Media and selected guests from the health sector. For this presentation, you will get a special training from a communication trainer. |
